The controller is Felix Prop Rentals s.r.o., Company ID 080 81 450, VAT ID CZ 080 81 450, with its registered office at K rozvodně 348/11, 154 00 Slivenec – Praha 5. Contact for data protection questions: info@felixrentals.com.
When you send an inquiry or project, we store your name, email address, optional phone number, production title, note and the list of selected objects. We use it solely to reply and prepare the props — the legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
We do not use your data to send marketing messages and do not share it with anyone except the database provider named below.
The data is held in a Supabase database on servers in the European Union (eu-north-1, Sweden). We keep it for 3 years after the last communication, then delete it.
The site uses no advertising or analytics cookies and does not track anyone. Your draft project is stored only in your browser's local storage (localStorage); it reaches our server only when you choose to send it.
The exception is the map on the Contact page. It is embedded from Google. When you scroll to it, it loads from Google's servers, so Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies in your browser. You can use the site without loading the map — the address is written above it and the links below open navigation only after you click them.
You do not need an account to browse the catalogue. An account is created only when you want to save a project. You sign in with a link sent by email and we store no password. On the Your account page you can download everything we hold about you, sign out on all devices and delete the account at any time.
Deleting the account removes your email address and all saved projects. Sent inquiries remain — they are the basis for a quote and arranging a visit, and we retain them for the period stated above. Their link to the account is removed. If you want them deleted too, write to the email address above.
You may ask us at any time for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing or data portability. Write to the email address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.
