Blue and silver hand torch

The hand torch has a blue cylindrical body combined with a silver metal section and a wide front reflector. A sliding control is visible on the top of the body, with a metal end cap at the rear. The evidentiary photograph supports an approximate width of 1.3 dm against the scale.
