The textile carpet runner has a dark-red central field with a dense pattern of small diamonds, squares and light dotted motifs. The wide border is divided into rectangular panels with smaller ornaments and finished with light zigzag edging. The short sides have light fringe with loose fibres, and the edges are worn in places.
