Red carpet runner with medallions

The long textile carpet runner has a red field with several rows of small circular and floral medallions in dark shades. Narrow bands with fine geometric ornaments run around the perimeter, giving the overall pattern low contrast. The surface is faded and dusty in places, the short sides have light fringe, and the edges are slightly wavy.
