Red rug with figurative motifs

The rectangular textile rug in a dark-red shade has a dense geometric and ornamental pattern with several light circular figurative motifs in the centre. The field is surrounded by a multi-band dark border with small diamonds and light corner ornaments. The surface is noticeably worn and faded in places, while the edges are wavy and frayed.
