The rectangular textile rug has a burgundy and dark-blue field with a large central diamond-shaped medallion and small floral and geometric motifs. The wide dark border is decorated with a row of octagonal medallions and narrow contrasting edging stripes. The right short side has light fringe, the edges are frayed in places, and the surface is lightly faded.
