Metal scale with ornamental panels

The metal scale has a long green-painted body, a system of levers and decorative front panels with colourful ornaments. Metal arms and several shaped fittings are visible along the top. The paint is heavily scuffed and rusty in places, while the metal parts have patina and scratches.
