Miniature cannon on a wooden carriage
A naval cannon of 55 mm calibre with a short barrel bound by metal hoops, mounted on a low wooden carriage with four small wheels. The carriage is dark-stained, touching the barrel only at its upper part while the rest of its length overhangs the front edge of the mount. The hoop metal is dull with light rust, and the wood has a smooth, slightly polished surface.
